We will observe an existing structure when concerns relate to improper construction of the structure or its foundations.

• We will investigate the damages induced by fire, insects, settlements, vehicle impacts, snow collapse, guardrails, etc.
• Structural visits for insurance purposes for existing homes, multi-family dwellings, or commercial buildings.
• We will provide our educated opinion on the construction drawings and/or the construction of the structure.
• We can help you with all of the above, if necessary, relating to the design and execution of structural plans. We can also help asexpert witness if required.
