Fire Escapes
- We will walk on your fire escapes and describe the improprieties, which would prevent their proper use.
- We will write a report illustrated with pictures indicating the area, which needs to be addressed.
- If the fire escapes are in proper structural condition or if they have been properly repaired, we will provide you with the required form indicating that the fire escapes are in good structural condition.
- In extreme cases, we can design new fire escapes.
Roof Decks
- We will investigate your roof deck and describe any improper structural conditions regarding their capacity of live load quality of the guardrails, capacity of the existing roof of the building to support the load of the roof deck, etc.
- We will write a report illustrated with pictures indicating the structural improprieties and our recommendations.
- We will provide you with the recommended structural drawings for the repair of the rebuilding of the deck as the next step, if needed.
- We will supervise the repair/rebuilding of the deck or the improper components.
- Once the repair/rebuilding is complete, we will provide you with a letter indicating that the work has been properly completed according to our recommendations.
